The Education, Training & Youth Development Programme is dedicated to supporting lifelong learning and opening doors to brighter futures. From academic advancement to youth mentoring, we offer a range of opportunities tailored for children of service members, young veterans, and military-connected youth across all walks of life.
Academic Support & Scholarships
We believe that education is a powerful equalizer. Our Academic Support & Scholarships initiative helps military children, young veterans, and dependents access quality education without financial hardship. From tutoring programmes and learning resources to funding for primary, secondary, and tertiary education, we provide practical support to ensure students stay on track. Our scholarship schemes reward academic potential and dedication, especially for those who have experienced disruption due to parental deployment or loss. We work with schools and institutions to ensure learners get the tailored support they need to thrive in class and beyond.

Youth Leadership & Mentoring Programmes
The children of our armed forces deserve every opportunity to lead and excel. Our Youth Leadership & Mentoring Programmes are designed to build confidence, character, and leadership capacity in young people from military families. Through structured mentoring relationships, workshops, and team-building activities, we nurture the next generation of community leaders and responsible citizens. Young participants are matched with mentors—many of whom are veterans—who provide encouragement, life coaching, and career guidance. These programmes instil resilience, boost academic achievement, and promote civic engagement among youth navigating the complexities of military life.

Vocational Training & Apprenticeships
Not every young person takes the academic path—and that’s okay. Our Vocational Training & Apprenticeship schemes are crafted to offer hands-on skills development and industry-recognized qualifications to youth interested in trades, technology, and professional services. Working with accredited institutions and employers, we deliver training in fields like construction, ICT, engineering, mechanics, and more. We support young adults in gaining certifications, job placements, and mentorship to transition confidently into the workforce. These programmes are especially valuable for school leavers, young veterans, and dependents looking for meaningful, skill-based careers.

Digital Literacy & STEM Empowerment
In today’s digital age, every child and young adult should have access to the skills that shape the future. Our Digital Literacy & STEM Empowerment programme offers coding bootcamps, robotics clubs, and digital learning labs to young people connected to the armed forces. We partner with tech organizations and education experts to deliver innovative, engaging sessions in science, technology, engineering, and maths. This initiative helps bridge the digital divide and equips participants with critical thinking, problem-solving, and future-ready skills to thrive in a tech-driven world.
Digital Literacy

Our Youth Outreach & Community Engagement efforts include weekend clubs, sports programmes, cultural exchange initiatives, and creative arts projects that promote unity, wellbeing, and social responsibility. These programmes serve as safe, supportive spaces for young people to express themselves, make friends, and discover their potential.
