Heroes Help supports active-duty military personnel, veterans, wounded soldiers, and their immediate families who are in urgent need of financial, emotional, or logistical support. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, you can still submit a request — we’ll review it and guide you appropriately.
We offer various forms of support, including emergency financial aid, mental health counseling, medical support, rehabilitation referrals, housing assistance, and job placement guidance for veterans.
You can apply by filling out the “Request Support” form on our website under the How To Apply section. Please provide accurate information and supporting documents so we can process your request efficiently.
There is no fixed deadline. Requests are reviewed and processed on a rolling basis. However, for emergency cases, we advise you to mark the request as urgent so our team can prioritize your situation.
It depends on the type of assistance needed. Some support, like financial aid, may be one-time, while other forms — such as counseling or rehabilitation — can be ongoing. Each case is evaluated individually.
No, all services offered through Heroes Help are completely free of charge to qualifying individuals. Our mission is to support you — not add to your burden.
We typically respond within 3–7 business days. For urgent cases, responses may be faster. If you haven’t heard back within a week, please follow up via the contact page or email us directly.
Yes, family members or close friends can apply on behalf of a veteran or soldier in need, provided you have their consent and necessary supporting documents. We may contact them directly for verification.
